Precision Detection Products and Services for Cell Therapies
Our products and customization services meet your needs in multiple aspects.
CytoArt has been deeply engaged in the field of cell therapy and has launched the world’s first commercialized mAb for Anti-CD19 CAR-T bioanalysis. We are experienced in antibody development and deliver high-sensitivity, high-specificity, and low-background antibodies through a mature screening and validation platform. We can efficiently provide reliable technical support and solve problems, such as cross-identification, insufficient sensitivity, ADA detection, etc.
What is an anti-idiotype antibody?
Anti-idiotype antibodies can recognize the variable region of another antibody and specifically bind to it.
Despite their technical advantages, the scarcity of standardized, commercial-grade anti-idiotype antibodies has historically limited their adoption in CAR-T analytics.
CytoArt has long been dedicated to the development of high-precision anti-idiotype monoclonal antibodies, now offering a comprehensive portfolio of off-the-shelf products to ensure robust and reproducible CAR detection.
Why is CAR-monitoring important?
For CAR-based cell therapies, the effective component that exerts tumor-killing action is the CAR-positive cells. After CAR-T cells are infused into the patients’ body, the proliferation and persistence of CAR-positive T cells is closely related to the clinical efficacy and toxic side effects.
How to monitor CAR?
Clinically, flow cytometry is one of the most commonly used detection techniques for CAR-monitoring. Its basic principle is the specific binding of antigens and antibodies. By stimulating fluorescent groups with a flow cytometer, fluorescence signals are generated, and then CAR-positive cells can be captured.

Why is immunogenicity test important?
The immunogenicity of a drug refers to the ability of the drug to trigger an immune response in the body, resulting in the production of anti-drug antibodies (ADA).
The CAR structure on the surface of CAR-T cells is not the receptor naturally expressed by human T cells. After being infused into the body, there is a possibility that the human body will produce antibodies against it.
Therefore, during the research and treatment process of CAR-T cell drugs, the immunogenicity of the drugs needs to be evaluated.
