CytoArt Expands Its Anti-Idiotype Antibody Portfolio with a New PE-Conjugated F(ab′)₂ Format
CytoArt is pleased to announce the availability of its PE-conjugated Anti-Leu16 monoclonal antibody (Clone L16-1G12), F(ab′)₂ fragment, designed for the detection of the Leu16-derived scFv used in certain CD20-targeting chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) constructs.
Building on our existing AF647-conjugated anti-Leu16 reagent, this new PE-conjugated F(ab′)₂ format provides researchers with an additional fluorescence option for construct-specific CD20 CAR detection by flow cytometry.
Specific Detection of Leu16-Derived CD20 CAR Constructs
The L16-1G12 monoclonal antibody specifically recognizes the scFv region derived from the Leu16 anti-CD20 antibody, rather than the CD20 antigen itself. This construct-specific recognition supports flow cytometry-based detection of CAR constructs incorporating the Leu16 scFv.
